Isaac isn't thrilled when his family moves from the snowy town of Winterfall to the beach. The move means he'll have to leave his friends behind and worst of all he can't snowboard on the sand. Isaac decides to give surfing a try but his plan hits a snag when a bully lays claim to the entire beach.
