Daisy the polar bear is very quiet and shy, and she doesn't understand why she can't talk to the other bears in school (except to her best friend, Penelope). But with the help of Penelope, her mom, and her teacher, she begins to learn the secret to making new friends.

One day, she and Penelope decide to sign up for an art club after school. Daisy learns to embrace her love of drawing and share it with others.

She may just end up helping someone else in the end...

And, perhaps, maybe it isn't quite so bad to be quiet and shy after all.
