The results of Inspection of Care (10c) surveys for which the exit conference is completed prior to January 18, 1994, will be processed and reflected in facility rates effective with the annual nursing rate adjustment date. The reconsideration process which is provided for in 89 Ill. Adm. Code remains in effect for these surveys and other surveys set forth in this Section.
