In Search of Brandon Springs is the second of the Brandon Springs series.

When he answers the front door of his recently inherited farmhouse in Brandon Springs, Ryan Walker is taken by surprise when a local waitress, Layla, immediately wraps her arms around his neck and thanks him while weeping. She reveals that someone placed an envelope containing $10,000 on the front seat of her car, and she suspects the gift came from Ryan.

When he later returns home to Boston, mysterious events lead him to become knowledgeable of a charitable operation done in secret. Ryan is forced to face ethical challenges when he becomes aware of serious illegalities involving the effort. Though he longs for the simplicity of life he had experienced in Brandon Springs, his life quickly becomes extremely complicated.

Ryan is soon pulled into the thick of the matter, and he finds himself in a situation that becomes deadly. The story involves spiritual awakenings and revelations about human nature, as it progresses through tragedies and incredible experiences that span more than one generation.
