Twenty-five plus years ago, three young men robbed the main bank in the small town of Sun Lake, South Carolina.

Now, one robber has died in prison, the second robber is discovered dead in the marina waters, and the third robber is nowhere to be found. Terror grips the whole town because the money has never been recovered, and the race to find it is on.

Detective Green and Bela Sanders and even undercover agents are unable to find any clues to where the money is or where the third robber is hiding. While everyone tries to find the money, Bela searches for what they are all missing and what she discovers is a mystery of spine-tingling truths.
