Shadow of the Dragon tells the story of a global fentanyl drug conspiracy involving a Hong Kong Triad, a Mexican Drug Cartel and the CIA. The action centres around the heroic protagonists of a Hong Kong policeman and DEA who engage in a pitched battle to thwart the drug alliance and bring the criminal leaders to justice.
