In this Historical Fantasy, Professor Katie Robbins is pulled back in time to the 1937 town of Garrison, Kansas, her knowledge vital to save Blue Valley by joining the fight against the Army Corps of Engineers, who would flood ten towns to build a reservoir.

Opposing sides to damming the Valley discover an unusual time travel device, separate from what pulled Katie through time, that each side uses to try to gain an advantage.
