When Thurston T. Turtle from Tucker Town visits the tight-knit, rural town of Hubbleville to see about a house he inherited, he encounters many friendly townsfolk. As Mr. Turtle goes on his way attending to business, Mr. Possum, the newspaper publisher, is determined to get the scoop on the newest resident in town but he always seems to be a step behind as he desperately tries to find the stranger for an interview.
