Currently, the student community is crucial to the

economy's future. In order for society to thrive and grow,

students play an important role. The purpose of Higher

Education is to educate and mold students to become

responsible citizens. It is important for Noordin and Jusoff

(2009) that the teaching faculty play a vital role in the

successful conduct of the education system. Students at all

levels gain inspiration and guidance from faculty who

perform their duties with high levels of commitment,

concentration and competency.

It is essential that higher education be creative
